Sound Healing

Experience the restorative power of sound. These sessions use vibrational instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to support relaxation, reduce stress, and gently shift energetic imbalances. Sound healing invites the body and mind into a deep state of rest, allowing natural healing processes to unfold. No experience necessary, just come as you are.

$35 per class

Qigong Training & Workshops

Classes

Monthly Community Qigong 

1st Thursdays | 6:30pm

Join us for a monthly Community Qigong class open to all experience levels. These sessions focus on seasonal and foundational Qigong practices that support beginners in building a strong base while offering seasoned practitioners space to refine and deepen their practice.

Each class emphasizes embodiment, awareness, and gentle circulation of qi, creating an accessible and nourishing experience for body, mind, and energy. Come as you are and connect with yourself and the community through mindful movement and breath.

Monthly Community Meditation 

3rd Thursday | 6:30pm

This monthly Community Meditation class is open to all levels and centers on embodied meditation practices using breath, awareness, and intention. Rather than striving to “clear the mind,” we’ll focus on gently inhabiting the body and cultivating presence from the inside out.

These sessions offer both beginners and experienced meditators a supportive space to build foundational skills, deepen awareness, and develop a steady, nourishing practice. Come as you are and experience meditation as a lived, embodied practice.

Workshops

Writing Ourselves Home: A Women’s Circle

Sept 16, 23, 30, and Oct 7

6:30-8pm

A gentle invitation to reconnect with yourself through journaling, reflection, embodiment, and community. Through guided writing prompts, grounding practices, and supportive circle sharing, we’ll create space to slow down, listen inward, and return to the wisdom within. No writing experience needed. Sharing is always optional.

Rhythm & Resilience

September 19 | 2pm

Join Andrew Kowal for an interactive exploration of rhythm, nervous system health, and emotional well-being. Through simple, accessible drumming experiences, participants will discover how rhythm can support grounding, connection, resilience, and stress reduction. The afternoon concludes with a relaxing singing bowl sound healing experience. No musical experience is required, and drums will be provided.

Heal the Healer Qigong Workshop

August 9 | 9am-5pm

When your work revolves around caring for others, it’s easy to overlook your own need for rest, renewal, and support.

Heal the Healer is a restorative workshop designed for helpers, healers, caregivers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and wellness practitioners seeking to replenish their energy and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle qigong practices, energetic self-care techniques, guided reflection, and restorative healing experiences, participants will learn practical tools for maintaining balance, resilience, and well-being while serving others.

Join us for a day of nourishment, connection, and renewal as we explore what it means to care for ourselves as deeply as we care for those we support.

In this session, we’ll focus on posture, the cornerstone of healthy body structure and energetic flow.
