Our additional offerings are designed to complement your primary care and support your journey toward balance and wholeness. These practices create space for deeper connection, restoration, and personal growth, whether through movement, mindfulness, or energy-based work.

Sound Healing

Experience the restorative power of sound. These sessions use vibrational instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to support relaxation, reduce stress, and gently shift energetic imbalances. Sound healing invites the body and mind into a deep state of rest, allowing natural healing processes to unfold. No experience necessary, just come as you are.

$35 per class

Qigong Training & Workshops

Qigong combines gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to support the body’s natural energy flow and promote emotional and physical well-being. Whether through private training or group workshops, these sessions help cultivate balance, reduce stress, and build resilience from the inside out. Classes

Monthly Community Qigong 

1st Thursdays | 6:30pm

Join us for a monthly Community Qigong class open to all experience levels. These sessions focus on seasonal and foundational Qigong practices that support beginners in building a strong base while offering seasoned practitioners space to refine and deepen their practice.

Each class emphasizes embodiment, awareness, and gentle circulation of qi, creating an accessible and nourishing experience for body, mind, and energy. Come as you are and connect with yourself and the community through mindful movement and breath.

Monthly Community Meditation 

3rd Thursday | 6:30pm

This monthly Community Meditation class is open to all levels and centers on embodied meditation practices using breath, awareness, and intention. Rather than striving to “clear the mind,” we’ll focus on gently inhabiting the body and cultivating presence from the inside out.

These sessions offer both beginners and experienced meditators a supportive space to build foundational skills, deepen awareness, and develop a steady, nourishing practice. Come as you are and experience meditation as a lived, embodied practice.

Poems, Poetry & Sacred Songs for Personal & Community Healing

Join Jenny Craig for a restorative and heart-centered gathering that weaves together poetry, deep rest, and sacred song to support personal and community healing. Through guided practices and creative expression, you’ll be invited into a space of reflection, connection, and renewal.

Peace in Our Time

Peace in Our Time invites us into a meaningful conversation about what resilience looks like in our lives and our communities. Together, we’ll explore simple practices, like calming breathwork, quiet reflection, and uplifting song, that support ease, connection, and inner steadiness. This family-friendly, donation-based workshop is welcoming to everyone, with chairs available for comfortable participation.

Women’s Qigong Breathwork Group

March 3–October 2026 |1st & 3rd Tuesdays

6:30pm

Lead by Kari Eyer, LPC MQP

An 8-month group exploring menstrual health through breathwork, education, and cyclical self-care, integrating Western medicine, Chinese medicine, and qigong.
Offered as a pilot program and connected to doctoral research. Optional cycle-data sharing with a complimentary Medical Qigong treatment for participants who contribute.

This foundational workshop is the first in a 3-part Qigong series exploring the essential regulations of practice. In this session, we’ll focus on posture, the cornerstone of healthy body structure and energetic flow. Learn how proper alignment supports unrestricted movement, enhances circulation of blood and nutrients, and calms the mind by gently regulating the nervous system. Whether you’re new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers practical tools to build awareness, stability, and ease in both body and mind.
