Our additional offerings are designed to complement your primary care and support your journey toward balance and wholeness. These practices create space for deeper connection, restoration, and personal growth, whether through movement, mindfulness, or energy-based work.

Sound Healing

Experience the restorative power of sound. These sessions use vibrational instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to support relaxation, reduce stress, and gently shift energetic imbalances. Sound healing invites the body and mind into a deep state of rest, allowing natural healing processes to unfold. No experience necessary, just come as you are.

$35 per class

Yoga Classes

Our yoga offerings are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re looking to cultivate strength, improve flexibility, calm your nervous system, or reconnect with yourself. Classes integrate breath, movement, and mindfulness, and are rooted in trauma-informed and accessible teaching practices. Classes for all levels are available.

Memberships

Essence – your essential dose of movement
4 classes per month — $70
Begin or maintain your practice with intention. The Essence membership offers just the right dose of movement, breath, and grounding to reconnect with your body and return to center. Ideal for those easing into movement classes or seeking a steady, supportive rhythm.

Balance – for cultivating strength and ease
8 classes per month — $130
Create consistency and deepen your connection to yourself. The Balance membership supports a more regular practice, helping you build strength, flexibility, and inner calm through twice-weekly classes. A nourishing choice for those craving harmony in mind and body.

Radiance – for those embracing holistic healing
Unlimited weekly classes + monthly classes and sound baths + wellness perks — $165
This is your all-access invitation to thrive. The Radiance membership includes unlimited regular weekly classes, select seasonal classes, monthly classes and sound baths, workshop discounts, and 10% off bodywork. Designed for those ready to embrace holistic healing and live in alignment with their full vitality.

5-Class Pass — $90
Use within 3 months
Perfect for adding movement into a busy schedule without the pressure of a membership. Come when you can, savor each class, and enjoy the freedom to move at your own pace.

10-Class Pass — $175
Use within 6 months
A great choice for regulars who love variety and flexibility. Enjoy even more freedom to join your favorite classes, deepen your practice, and be part of our vibrant community—on your schedule.

  • Go for a Membership if…
    You want a regular practice and the best value. Memberships help you stay consistent, save money over time, and often include extra perks like discounts and special event access. Perfect if you’re ready to make movement a steady part of your week.

  • Choose a Class Pass if…
    You prefer a little more flexibility. Class passes are great if your schedule changes often or if you like to pop in when you can. You’ll still be part of our warm community—just on your own timetable.

No matter which you choose, you’ll have a welcoming space to move, breathe, and connect—both with yourself and with others.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • How to Start: To begin a membership, please get in touch with a staff member in person or by email at healingphases@healingphaseswellness.com.
  • Automatic Billing & Renewal: All memberships require automatic billing and will renew monthly unless canceled in advance.
  • Class Usage: Classes are automatically deducted when you attend.
  • Unused Classes: Unused classes do not roll over and are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Pre-registration Required: All members must pre-register for classes. Class sizes are limited to maintain a supportive environment.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Missed or late-canceled classes will be counted toward your monthly total.
  • Waitlist Option: If a class is full, members may join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.
  • Upgrades & Changes: Membership tier changes must be requested before the next billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your membership, please contact a staff member directly in person or via email at healingphases@healingphaseswellness.com.

Qigong Training & Workshops

Qigong combines gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to support the body’s natural energy flow and promote emotional and physical well-being. Whether through private training or group workshops, these sessions help cultivate balance, reduce stress, and build resilience from the inside out. Classes

All-Levels Yoga

Mondays | 6:30pm

This weekly class is designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat. Expect a gentle, breath-centered flow that supports strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Modifications are always offered to meet you where you are.

Restorative/Yin Yoga

Tuesdays | 10am

Slow down and recharge with this calming class designed to support deep rest and release. Combining long-held yin stretches with restful restorative postures, this practice gently opens the body, soothes the nervous system, and promotes healing from the inside out. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, and cultivating inner balance.

Beginner Yoga

Wednesdays | 5pm

A welcoming class for those new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics. We’ll focus on foundational postures, breath awareness, and building confidence on the mat — all at a comfortable pace. No experience needed!

Advanced Yoga

Wednesdays | 6:30pm

Designed for experienced practitioners, this class offers a dynamic flow with deeper postures, breathwork, and mindful challenges. Explore advanced poses, inversions, and transitions in a supportive space that encourages growth and focus.

Monthly Tuesday Chakra Flow

First Tuesdays

Refresh your body and energy system with this unique class blending guided yoga flow, chakra sound healing, lymphatic drainage techniques, marma point self-massage, breathwork, and tapping sequences. You’ll stimulate lymph flow, reduce tension and inflammation, support your immune system, and leave feeling deeply relaxed and realigned.

Thrive Thursdays – Monthly Sound Bath

Settle in and unwind as waves of sound wash over you. This immersive experience uses crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore energetic balance. Foundations of Qigong:

Posture

Yoga as Medicine: The Self-Healing System of Ashtanga

Join Kristen for a special 2-hour workshop exploring yoga as a powerful system for self-healing and transformation. Together we’ll explore:

  • The 8 Limb Philosophy – how yoga extends beyond the poses into a holistic lifestyle of balance, ethics, and inner growth.
  • The Vrittis & Kleshas – understanding how the mind works, from mental fluctuations (“the busy mind”) to the root causes of suffering like fear, attachment, and ego.

  • The Tristhana Method – the foundations of Ashtanga practice: ujjayi breath, bandhas (energetic locks), and drishti (focused gaze), which purify the body and build strength and stability.

  • Home Practice Foundations – how to carry the structure of Ashtanga anywhere, from studios around the world to the privacy of your own home.

We’ll move through the primary series of Ashtanga with modifications available for all levels, focusing on seeing the poses from the inside out through energetic alignment. Kristen will also offer hands-on adjustments for deeper understanding.

This strong yet adaptable practice invites you to unite body, mind, and spirit while experiencing yoga as true medicine.
