Jeff's Specialties
I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, anger management, and men’s issues. I offer a unique perspective, particularly for male clients navigating societal pressures, self-worth struggles, or seeking a therapist who understands their experiences. Additionally, I support individuals working through shame, guilt, and feelings of inadequacy, helping them cultivate self-compassion and rebuild confidence.
In couples therapy, I help partners navigate challenges such as betrayal, disconnection, and communication struggles. Whether you’re working to rebuild trust or improve emotional connection, I provide a supportive space to help you and your partner move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling relationship.
No matter the concern, my goal is to help you gain clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a life that feels more worth living.
Interests & Training/Experience
I am always deepening my understanding of the human experience and expanding my therapeutic skills. Some of my current interests include:
A Humanistic Approach to Wellbeing
The most important lesson I’ve learned as a therapist is that we are all far more alike than we are different. At our core, we all want to feel safe, loved, and understood—though the paths we take to get there are unique and can vary widely. My role is to help you uncover your path forward with clarity and confidence.
By recognizing unhelpful patterns, learning new ways to approach challenges, and developing tools to navigate life with more ease, you can move toward the life you want to be living. It would be an honor to support you on this journey, and I look forward to meeting you with care and sincerity.
