Hi, I’m Kristen Brower. I’ve been in holistic wellness practices for over a decade, and I’m truly passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and awaken their inner vitality. My journey began in 2013 on the island of Maui, where I completed a year-long yoga immersion that forever changed the way I see healing and wellness. Since then, I’ve built my life around offering others the same depth of transformation I’ve experienced through movement, breath, bodywork, and energetic healing.
