I offer a warm, safe, and open space for individuals to attend to the journey within. The heart and body can carry many things at once… grief, joy, doubt, overwhelm, confusion, pain, wisdom. Whatever one carries, we welcome it as the poet Rumi says, like an honored guest into our “guesthouse,” so we can attend to what wants to be witnessed, processed, integrated, grieved, celebrated, or explored.
I hold an energetic space of compassionate presence while gently inviting those I work with to open up to a larger sense of connection and support, both within them and all around them. Those with whom I work often develop a meaningful and transformative connection with their unique Self, with the sacred, and with the entire web of Life.
